what’s going on with Russia and Ukraine?
The topic of Russia is one we have mulled over for quite sometime. We’ve been unsure whether or not to go in a direction which may be controversial, even for our site. One of the first articles we wrote was on the treatment of Russians here in the U.S., Russian racism. Recently, there have been things reported that made the decision for us. Now is the time for us to question, what’s really going on with Russia and Ukraine? Does America have a hidden agenda with Ukraine?
There is some fake news reported about this war. Do those in charge of our government have a hidden agenda when it comes to this war? Some things don’t add up. Seems like the only thing that is adding up is the amount of money the U.S. sending to Ukraine.
The majority of Americans support Ukraine, but right now Americans are suffering too. We can’t compare the devastation of cities and loss of life to inflation, but Americans are struggling to buy food and gas while massive amounts of money is sent to Ukraine. The war is dragging on and conditions here in the states is going to continue to get worse. Is there a point in which we draw a line and stop the with the aid?
criticism of Zelensky
It was the criticism of Zelensky that helped in our decision to write about the war. The Zelensky’s were featured in Vogue magazine. It left a bad taste in some peoples mouths. The photos used the scenes of the war as a background. Some feel that while Zelensky was posing for a magazine, his citizens are dying in war.
Zelensky has also faced criticism over not informing the citizens of Ukraine that Russia was about to invade. Zelensky’s excuse is that he believed people would panic, flee and cause economic downfall. He needed his people in Ukraine, fighting for it. Ukrainians feel that Zelensky chose the economy over their lives. Some feel had they known, they could have prepared, for example, by donating blood.
Biden warns Zelensky
The media is reporting that Biden warned Zelensky that Russia was going to invade. Now the Ukrainians are upset because Zelensky didn’t pass on these warnings. We don’t know what conversations Biden may have had with Putin or Zelensky, but Biden downplayed it to the Americans. He claimed that his (Biden’s) sanctions on Russia would deter them from invading. He also claimed it was unlikely Russia would shut off the energy they supply to Europe because Russia depends on the income from said energy. The fact is that Biden is weak and Putin knows it and Putin doesn’t see Biden as any kind of threat.
We all know that Biden is mostly incoherent and confused. Biden never makes sense and slurs his speech. There is also a language barrier. Was Biden clear to Zelensky the seriousness of the situation?
Biden’s involved with Ukraine’s corruption
Ukraine received it’s independence in 1991. Systemic corruption has been a problem since it’s independence. Corruption is one of Russia’s excuses for it’s invasion. Russia wants to cleanse Ukraine of it’s corruption. Most everyone knows that our Presidents son is highly tied to Ukraine.

Much of what was reported as disinformation from Russia is now proven true on Hunter Biden’s laptop. The President of the United States could possibly be compromised when it comes to Ukraine and China. This puts our own security at risk. If we are going to give unlimited aid to Ukraine, we should have answers to Biden’s involvement and corruption. Democrats have no time to investigate the Biden’s. Their too preoccupied with former Pres. Trump.
this leads to the media
Mainstream media reported that the Hunter Biden laptop was Russian disinformation. We had a slew of high ranking officials sign a document stating just that. We are holding out hope there will be justice with Hunter and the 50 liars who signed the document. The media reports biased news covering for the Biden’s and is in the back pocket of Democrats.
The media reports of Russia and or Zuckerberg banning Facebook in Russia. Media reports this as isolation.

Reliable information and Facebook used together is a joke. It is also widely reported that the internet is also cut off. The media reports Russia as being cut off and isolated.

wesayitoutloud.com has friends in Russia and Ukraine. We haven’t spoken to those in Ukraine, but have spoken to our Russian friends. We speak to these friends on Facebook and What’sapp. They have internet, Facebook, and What’sapp. Our friends have had all of these the entire time. The first time we spoke to them, we questioned them on this subject. We stated that we were concerned for them and thought we wouldn’t be able to speak to them because of the internet/Facebook issue. Our friend said, “that’s fake news.” We believed them because we were speaking on Facebook. In normal fashion, they share pictures and bits of their life as always. It’s like there is nothing out of the ordinary even happening there.
it is difficult to believe
Any news our media reports is difficult to believe. We know for a fact that internet, Facebook, and What’sapp are all available in Russia. The news says not. The news also reports citizens of Russia being unhappy with Putin and the war. The claim of ruined vacations and shopping are also not true, at least for the people we know.
Our friends talk as though Putin is a savior. They stand behind him. They believe he is doing what is needed to cleanse Ukraine of the corruption. Our friends are %100 behind Putin and think he is doing a great job.
Our friends work as normal. They recently were on a vacation as normal and talk of life in Russia as if nothing is changed. Where is this need for our media to report otherwise? Is it something that politicians want them to report? Where do they get their information? We haven’t reported on this before as to protect our friends. We wouldn’t want anything bad to happen to them because of something we reported.
The concern they do have
The main concern of our friends is that they feel hated. They feel hated by the world. Our friends feel that this war was absolutely needed and now the world hates them for it. We haven’t questioned any of the details we hear about here, like rape and brutality. However you view this war, it is unfair to hold all Russians to blame.
the reports are like gossip
Our news reports Putin as being sick and or dying. Reports of “he looks bad” or “he must have cancer” were flying around for a while. What happened to those reports? We guess that the fact that Putin is still around, debunked them. They spoke of him like he was on his death bed. Our friends speak of Putin fondly. To them he is a pillar of strength. Again, why does are media report such things? They pick apart every little detail and make it into something it’s not.
In the beginning, the news reported Putin as being frustrated because the war wasn’t over in a matter of days. They report Putin’s army as dwindling due to losses. The news reports of the hurt the sanctions put on Putin and Russia. None of these stories seem to be true. All of these stories are more like gossip than actual reporting.
is the media preying on sympathy
There are constant reports of how the Ukrainians need more. They need more money and more weapons. They want their airspace closed off. It is very difficult to get an exact number of the amount of assistance the U.S. has given Ukraine. One of the reasons for that is the money is constantly flowing. We understand they are sending more, again. The figure is astronomical. They get financial aid, food, weapons, and so on. The news reports things, like Russia is now going to possibly attack a nuclear plant, to make this flow of aid seem necessary.
No one wants Russia to blow up a nuclear plant. Ukraine needs immediate weapons to prevent this is reported. Who knows whether Russia will or won’t blow the plant. We hope to God, not. It seems a little unlikely because the fallout would directly affect Russia as well.
Many of the reports are that Ukraine needs things now or this will happen. All of this plays on the sympathy of those who see the reports. This morning we saw a report of Ukraine needing immediate weapons and Ukrainian airspace closed because of the nuclear plant. They have been asking the airspace to be closed since the start of the war. Is this another ploy to try and get that to happen?
where we are at
Ukraine supplies a huge portion of grain for the world. We understand that this puts a huge damper on the supply chain. The issue of Russia supplying energy to Europe is also an issue. News reports this morning were of people in Europe freezing this winter because of the energy controlled by Russia. How would that work, anyway? We are to help Ukraine win and then what happens to the energy Russia controls? Ukraine will control it? Or is Russia going to be nice and let Europe have as much as they want now that Russia lost? Or with the new world order, whoever controls that will control the energy Russia has?
We don’t make the connection as to why if we supply Ukraine with more aid somehow fixes the energy controlled by Russia. Ukraine is desperate and we get that part. We don’t want to seem like we are unsympathetic to their situation. It feels as though we are being manipulated by the media into aid and that’s wrong.
it’s a horrible situation
The situation in Ukraine is horrible. No one is denying that and we feel terrible for all involved. How long are we going to continue sending all this aid. Will we do this until we no longer have any weapons of our own? We are sending them food. How long will we continue to do that? If our President would do something to improve our own situation, we would be able to do more for the Ukrainians.
There is also the issue of not being able to trust anything Biden does with the Ukrainian war until there is an investigation into his corruption in that country. We as Americans deserve answers. Our own national security is at risk. There has to be more to the situation. Biden’s corruption would effect his dealings with the rest of the world.
Biden has spent almost 4 trillion dollars since taking office a year and a half ago. It is mind blowing as to how that’s even possible, but he did it. As he continues to spend, Americans will continue to suffer. The suffering here is far from over and has yet to peak.
The time to do something was before the invasion. It’s obviously too late for that now, but how long do we continue this way? If Biden doesn’t start putting America first, we will be no position to help anyone, including our own citizens.
