The Archbishop said that this is, “purely pastoral, not political.” Finally, hypocrite Pelosi got called out. No Communion for Pelosi! We say all the time, “how does no one see it?” The hypocrisy is so bold. They flaunt it like a big flag. Pelosi says that she is a devout Catholic. The Archbishop tried to talked to her about her abortion stance, but she ignored him. He sent her a notice of this yesterday.

The ban only applies to the San Francisco Archdiocese. When she is in D.C., elsewhere in the U.S., and around the world, it will be up to the Bishop and other dioceses to decide. Will they stick together?

Archbishop explains
His decision was because of church teachings. He is not, “weaponizing the Eucharist.” He said he has made repeated attempts to talk to her. He wrote to her in April to tell her extreme position on abortion and the consequences. He asked her to refrain from referring to her being Catholic. He told her that if she refused he would make a public announcement. He contacted her a month later. She described herself as a devout Catholic while explaining her stance on abortion after the Roe v Wade leak. He said that Pelosi isn’t just for abortion and that her views are extreme. She is pro abortion up until birth.

Pelosi was pleased at a letter from the Vatican. She had said the letter instructed the Bishops to not be divisive. She apparently twisted what the letter said to make herself feel better. The church was actually promoting “dialog” between Bishops and Pro-Abortion Politicians. The Bishops were trying to get them to understand, “the grave evil they were helping to perpetrate and accompany them to a change of heart.” In July of 2021 the Archbishop criticized her for saying she was Catholic while defending funding for abortions.
