Barbara Walters
Barbara Walters co-created and was the co-executive producer of The View. The media icon had an idea of getting 4 women of different generations, backgrounds, and views, and put them together for discussions. It debuted in August of 1997. In 97, it may have worked. Now, not so much. People are not allowed to have differing opinions today, especially in the media. If you are not liberal, democratic, progressive, or far right, you are ridiculed, called horrible names, censored, removed and destroyed. People no longer debate. There is one view and it’s the lefts. The only view that matters is the lefts view.
The View today is a classic example of how nasty the left is to those who do not have a leftist view. The leftist view has gotten increasingly worse over the years on the view. Why? The people who represent the left on the view have increasingly gotten louder and nastier than the others. When the show was first on, comedian Behar was funny. The show was funny and entertaining. They had great guests. Over the years that has changed dramatically.
co-hosts
They view has had many co-hosts over the years. Initially it was Joy Behar, Star Jones, Meredith Vieira, and Debbie Matenopoulos. Debbie and Star both say they were treated poorly. Meredith actually has some class as a journalist. She left to take over Katie Couric’s job on the Today show. Lisa Ling also had some class as a journalist and left to do international work.
Now here is a joke for you, Elizabeth Hasselbeck co-hosted for approximately 10 years. She is cute and funny, but also a conservative. She made her conservative “views” clear. That is what the show is about right? It was set up almost like a debate forum, but at a table like friends talking over coffee. Here is the hypocrisy of the day. Can you see it? Hasselbeck was fired because the show was going to be less political. Right! She was great on The View. She could hold her own when it came to her political views. And then it starts. Can’t have someone who has conservative views and speak them publicly, fire her.

Rosie O’Donnell actually got into argument with Hasselbeck over the Iraqi war. Rosie left and returned and then left again. Sherri Sheppard and Jenny McCarthy left together. Rosie Perez says she wanted to work more on her acting career. Nicole Wallace says she was fired for not being argumentative enough.
Raven Symone and Whoopie
Raven and Whoopie are in their own category. Both of these women are loud and obnoxious. They will talk over the others. They are both nasty. Both women think only their views matter.
Raven had over 100,000 people sign a petition for her to be fired. She has since been involved with the whole Disney, woke, LGBT, thing going on. Raven is all for the grooming of children thing going on in the U.S. right now. Apparently, Raven didn’t learn much from the petition. People do not like that. Republicans are the silent majority. Republicans do not protest, riot, loot, and murder to get their point across. Conservatives do not need to yell, talk over, call names, and destroy. Liberals like Raven only make fools of themselves and they have no class.
Whoopie used to be great. She, like Behar, was funny. Whoopie should have stuck to being a comedian. She is now loud and arrogant. Goldberg only has her own viewpoint. There is no debate with her. She will talk over, get loud, is rude and obnoxious, and refuses to admit when she screwed up. The recent controversy with Turning Point USA is proof of that. Turning Point needs to sue the pants off her.
That is Whoopies idea of an apology for calling a group of young people or comparing a group of young people to Nazi’s. It’s not surprising since she really doesn’t understand what Nazi’s are.
Whoopie, is unable to understand that she is wrong and had to have someone else apologize for the remarks she made.
In other words, the had the cute one do it for her.

Michelle Collins is a real jem. She made fun of Republican, Carly Farina’s, face. Paula Faris added some class to the classless Whoopie and Joy, but didn’t last long. Jedediah Bila, another conservative was replaced by conservative Meghan McCain. McCain was another woman who could stand up to Whoopie and Joy. Sara Haines, as you can see, was the chosen one to clean up after Whoopies major screw up. Sonny Hostin is another liberal and has no other “view” than her own.
the view misses the mark
The entire point of all of this is to not bash “the View.” Although, they make it kind of easy. The point is to show how badly they missed the mark of the meaning of the show. The show was to put different views together and talk about them like adults. Something Joy, Sunny, and Whoopie are unable to do. In their defense most liberals are like this.
Dems were not always like this, it’s something they’ve morphed into. They are absolutely the party of hate and division. One only needs to watch the View for 5 minutes a day to see that.
One of 2 things should happen to this show. Either it should be removed from television or someone should clean house. Get rid of all these big mouth obnoxious women and put new co-hosts on. They should stick with Walters original premise and have different groups represented, but make sure they can be adult enough to handle that not everyone thinks the same. Adults that are able to debate without turning ugly.
how is it still televised
The ratings for this show are up and down. People want Whoopie fired. No one, that is conservative, would be able to get away with what Whoopie does. It is sad that we live in a world where this woman is allowed to continue on this show.

Google the Views reviews, They suck and the comments are awful. Apparently, ABC doesn’t care what their viewers say. There again this is also proven on their news as well.
Ron DeSantis
The View had the nerve to invite Ron DeSantis onto their show. Now if you watch the recent clip we shared with Whoopies apology, what do you hear in the background. You will hear Joy Behar cackling, “where’s DeSantis.” Not once, but repeatedly. Ron DeSantis has far too much class to go on this show. this show is washed up. Whoopie and Joy have ruined the entire idea of the show.
Ron DeSantis pointed out to The View, the terrible things they have called him. The View told him they would be honored to have him on their show. Do you seriously believe that?
In one quote, Joy Behar calls DeSantis “a negligent, homicidal sociopath,” and in another quote, Sunny Hostin calls him “fascist and a bigot.”

He declined. What made his declining better is that he made it public. Not only did he make it public, he pointed out the horrible things they’ve said about him. Do these women and or this show really believe they are so wonderful that he would jump at the chance? Do you really believe, considering the things they called him, that they would be honored to have him?
